Join local author McKelle George for the launch party of her young adult debut Speak Easy, Speak Love, a retelling of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing with a 1920s twist. There will be a brief reading by the author, discussion, prize giveaways, and a book signing. Books will be available to purchase on-site. Roaring ‘20s costumes encouraged!

About the Author
McKelle George is a reader, writer of clumsy rebels, perpetual doodler, and Associate Librarian at the best library in the world. She mentors with Salt Lake Teen Writes and plays judge for the Poetry Out Loud teen competitions (but has no poetic talent herself). She currently lives in Salt Lake City with an enormous white german shepherd and way, way too many books. Speak Easy, Speak Love is her first novel.
